$20 per class or 10 classes for $190

Barre is a full-body, low-impact workout that is compatible with every fitness level. It uses a stationary handrail (ballet barre) for balance, and focuses on small isolated moves, high repetitions, and your natural bodyweight resistance. You don’t need any background in dance to benefit from barre classes! Barre is friendly on the joints, and improves your stability, flexibility, and endurance while toning, strengthening, and lengthening your muscles. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, these musically-driven barre classes will help you be strong.

Attire: clothes that give you room to move.

Equipment: yoga mat, water bottle. Ankle weights are encouraged.

Line Dancing Classes

45-minute weekly classes

Thursday 7:00 pm

$10 / person or $15 / couple per class

0r $18 / person for both Thursday classes (Line Dancing and Hip Hop Fitness)

Line dancing is a fun, low-impact workout that improves heart health, strengthens your muscles and bones, improves your coordination and balance, and gives you a great evening out. It is gentle on your joints, but tones you up and helps with weight loss. We can guarantee that your stamina, mood, and confidence will all benefit! No background in dance is necessary for this class, just a desire to have fun!

Hip Hop Dance Fitness Classes

Adults, All Levels
40-minute weekly classes

Tuesday 7:45 pm
Thursday 7:45 pm

$10 / person or $15 / couple per class

Or $18 / person for both Thursday classes (Line Dancing and Hip Hop Fitness)

Our hip hop dance fitness class is a high energy workout with great dance moves.  This full-body workout improves your cardio, endurance, and flexibility along with toning and strengthening your muscles. No background in dance is necessary for this class, and don’t worry - this is a judgement-free, body-positive dance class. All we are looking for is just enthusiasm!
